As someone who loves Pirates, having you guys do episodes on them would be PEAK off-season content for me. I’m pretty confident you guys would enjoy it too.

Okay but seriously the first is GOOD and Bumblebee is REALLY GOOD. The rest range from bad to mediocre/passable to “kinda” good. However they’re all at least entertaining, some more than others and can be enjoyable despite being objectively bad in ways like… story and character development (is that important?! /s). But the “vrt, vrt, vrrrt, vrrrrt” when they’re transforming is always pretty dope. Sound and VFX were awesome for their time. The first was remarkable in that aspect.
Transformers/Pirates will have the same vibes and are good podcasting fodder. Obviously Indy will be remarkable but we’re probably more interested in the summer blockbuster for entertainment purposes rather. The good, bad, ugly and all the joy we get from consuming these kinda films (ala F&F)

Yeah, there's no losers here. You guys yapping about films is so fun. I voted for Superman mostly bc I so badly want to hear JD's reverence for the history of this character in cinema spanning over 50 yrs. But if it here, maybe in Thumb War??
JD's pitch was amazing. I have not seen any of the Christopher Reeves movies and this is a good excuse to finally do it. I also have only seen 3 of the 7 hours of Justice League and don't mind having an excuse to go sicko mode and dive back in

7 Transformers movies and a 4 hour Justice League has to one of Dante’s layers of hell. Chose Pirates cuz that’s the series I know the least about.
