A Superstar Wedgie
Hang it in the Louvre, but change the surveillance system's password
‘The Wedgie Scale’ breaks down wedgies in the categories of uniqueness (was it a 3 or free throw attempt?), game situation (did it happen early in the first half or in the clutch?), importance (playoff game or regular season?), and frivolities (any post-wedgie shenanigans or broadcast shoutouts?). Then we give it an overall grade on a scale of 1-5 Ralphs, named for the legendary Clippers broadcaster, Ralph Lawler, who originally coined the term.

WEDGIE NO. 17 | Nov. 30, 2025 | Keegan Murray (MEM-SAC)
UNIQUENESS: Keegan Murray attempts to dunk on big boy Zach Edey, packs the wedgie, and crumples to the floor. It’s been that type of season in Cow Town.
GAME SITUATION: Early.
IMPORTANCE: That’s how you end the month November! Well, that, and by listening to Gordon Lightfoot’s “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald.”
FRIVOLITIES: Murray becomes our fifth Kings player to stick a wedgie this season, joining Drew Eubanks, rookie Nique Clifford, Domantas Sabonis, and Malik Monk. I now need every single Kings player to stick one this season. You’re next, Russ!
